As the oldest and largest Pride on the African continent, Johannesburg Pride celebrates 36 years of resilience, activism, and unapologetic visibility. We invite commercial vendors, food vendors, brands, NGOs, and creative entrepreneurs to join us in creating a diverse and joyful Pride Village.
Kindly note the following:
- Applications are reviewed and subject to approval.
- Only approved vendors will receive payment details and confirmation.
- Vendors must provide their own infrastructure – tent/gazebo/truck, shade, lighting, and power.
- Preference may and will be given to members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Please read carefully before submitting your application. By checking the box below, you agree to the following conditions:1. This application does not guarantee acceptance. Stall space is confirmed only upon approval and receipt of payment.
2. Vendors must supply their own infrastructure – including gazebo, tent, tables, chairs, lighting, and power.
3. Food vendors must upload a valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA) and Gas Certificate (if applicable). No open fires are allowed.
4. No alcohol may be sold at stalls due to bar exclusivity on-site.
5. Vendors are expected to be fully set up by 9:00 AM on Saturday, 25 October 2025.
- Latecomers will be denied entry.
- Early strike-down is not permitted for food vendors. The event runs from 11am to 11pm.
6. Vehicles are not allowed in the Pride area after 9:00 AM or before 11:00 PM.
- Separate access will be permitted for vendors via side streets.
7. Each stall is responsible for their own cleanup. Skips will be provided.
- Food vendors must protect the ground from oil spillage using floor coverings or mats.
8. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
9. Vendors must bring their email confirmation and proof of payment on the day.
10. Preference may be given to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Johannesburg Pride reserves the right to remove any vendor not adhering to these rules.
